Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • We operate from five warehouse locations across the United States: Alabama, Pennsylvania, Texas, Nevada, and Indiana.
  • Processing Time: Orders typically process and ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Same-Day Shipping Cutoff: Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. CST may ship out the same day when possible.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We offer a variety of customer-selected shipping services, ranging from standard to overnight.
  • Our primary carriers include:
    • USPS
    • UPS
    • FedEx
    • DHL (mainly for international shipments)

3. Shipping Costs & Promotions

  • Rate Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, destination, and packaging used.
  • Handling Fees: Any handling fee is already built into the shipping cost; no additional fees are collected separately.
  • Free Shipping Promotions: Occasionally, we offer free shipping. In these cases, we choose the carrier at our discretion.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • Actual delivery times depend on the shipping method you select and your location.
    • Standard Shipping: ~3–7 business days
    • Priority Services: ~2–3 business days
    • Expedited (Overnight/1-Day): ~1–2 business days
  • Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

5. International Orders

  • We can ship internationally to certain countries; an additional handling fee is automatically applied to international orders.
  • Duties & Taxes: Any import duties or customs fees are not included in our charges and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email (and sometimes via SMS, if applicable).
  • Please use the tracking information provided to monitor your shipment’s progress.

7. Missing, Delayed, or Stolen Shipments

  • Carrier Contact: If your package is delayed or missing, you must reach out to the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
  • UPS Insurance: By default, UPS includes up to $100 of insurance on shipments, subject to their investigation and claim process.
  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are scanned as delivered but end up lost or stolen. We encourage you to add insurance to protect against theft or damage.
  • Additional Insurance: If you wish to insure your package for its full value, you may purchase additional coverage at checkout (if available).

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • APO / PO Boxes: UPS and FedEx do not deliver to APO or PO Box addresses; please select USPS if shipping to these addresses.
  • Seasonal & Weather Delays: We are not responsible for transit delays due to weather events or carrier backlogs during peak seasons.

9. Potential Fulfillment Delays

  • During peak seasons or sales events, fulfillment might require additional time.
  • Custom / Build-to-Order Items: Some products require additional processing or assembly time, which may extend the typical shipping window.
